Facial rejuvenation with folk remedies: masks and rubbing

Nowadays, plenty of cosmetics have been invented to improve the appearance of the skin, yet many women prefer to perform facial rejuvenation procedures with folk remedies. There are many effective recipes used by our grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Depending on the skin type, facial skin rejuvenation can be done with the help of hundreds of recipes, some of which are shown below.

Mask with sour cream and yeast

To rejuvenate dry, aging facial skin, use a mask from a mixture of 1 tablespoon of yeast and fatty sour cream (preheated milk is also suitable). A thick, homogeneous mass should be obtained, to which is added 1 teaspoon of fish oil (or linseed oil) and 1 teaspoon of honey. The resulting mixture is placed in a vessel equipped with hot water and awaits the onset of fermentation, then mixed and a mask applied to the face. Rinse the mask first with warm water and then with cold water after 10 minutes. Another mask can be made from almost the same ingredients - mix the yeast with warm milk (1 tablespoon yeast and 2 tablespoons milk), add 1 tablespoon of any vegetable oil (preferably olive oil). The mask is applied for 15 minutes and then washed with warm water.

Wiping the face with grease

Ordinary fat is a very good folk remedy for facial skin rejuvenation. The procedure is simple - smear the skin with a piece of lard and after 15 minutes wash your face first with warm water and then cool it down. Salo makes your skin supple, soft and removes wrinkles.

Facial rejuvenation with folk remedies: Mask with cucumber, blackcurrant berry and sour cream

To nourish the skin with vitamins, traditional medicine recommends using a grated cucumber mask. Take 1 tablespoon of cucumber puree, add the same amount of blackcurrant puree and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. The ingredients are mixed until smooth and then applied to the face and neck. After 20 minutes, remove with a swab dipped in warm water, then rinse your face with cold water.

A good folk remedy for rejuvenating the facial skin is a mask with a tablespoon of melted butter and an egg yolk. Mix the ingredients with 1 teaspoon of honey and sweet grated apples (1 tablespoon) or plums. Apply the resulting mixture on the skin of the face and neck, then after 15 minutes remove it with a swab dipped in warm water.
